摘 要:针对一些往复换向运动机构在机械传动中存在的问题,比如噪声、振动和冲击等,对不完全齿轮换向机构提出一种新的设计方案.通过三维设计制图软件Solidworks对此机构进行实体建模,并虚拟装配和干涉检查分析,再利用ADAMS软件对其运动学的仿真进行分析,使其输出轴实现自动正反向连续交替转动.结果表明:设计的不完全齿轮式自动换向器性能优良,不仅大大降低了机械往复运动中的常见问题,而且具有传动精度高、制造成本低等优点,对未来不完全齿轮机构的研究发展奠定了一定的理论基础,有望广范应用于各种需要自动换向的工程实际中.This paper mainly aimed at the problems existing in some reciprocating reversing motion mechanism of mechanical transmission, such as noise, vibration and shock, etc. , a design scheme of incomplete gear reversing mechanism was put forward. In order to achieve the purpose of the output shaft continuous automatic forward and backward alternating rotation, the solid modeling, virtual assembly and interference analysis were conducted by 3D Modeling Software Solidworks, and the dynamics and kinematics simulation were analysised by ADAMS, finally, using ANSYS software for finite element analysis of key parts. The results showed that the incomplete gear type automatic commutator had excellent performance,it not only greatly reduced the general problems in mechanical transmission and also had high transmission precision, reliable work, transmission ratio stability, long life and other advantages, which laid the data foundation for the research of incomplete gear and was expected to be used widely in all kinds of automatic reverse engineering.
