微课在临床技能学教学中的应用——以心肺复苏术课为例

摘　　要：目的:评价微课教学模式在临床技能学教学中的应用效果。方法:随机选择2012级和2013级临床专业本科学生各120位,前者采用传统教学模式,后者采用微课教学模式,以实践考试及问卷调查进行效果评价。结果:两组实践考试成绩无统计学差异,但100%的实验组学生赞同微课教学模式。结论:微课教学应用于临床技能学,有助于培养学生的自学能力,提高临床操作能力、团队合作和沟通能力。Objective：To evaluate the effect of micro-lecture in clinical skills experiment course. Methods：The undergraduate clinical medi- cine majors enrolled in 2012 used the traditional teaching method, while those enrolled in 2013 were taught by using micro-lecture mode. The clinical skills examination and questionnaire were conducted at the end of the semester. Results： There was no statistical difference between the two groups in practice examination. But 100% of the students in the experimental group agreed with the micro-lecture. Conclusion： Micro-lec- ture can help students develop their self-study ability, improve their learning interest, operation ability, team work and communication ability.
