住院医师规范化培训呼吸教学中智能化医学综合模拟系统的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究住院医师规范化培训学员在呼吸疾病处理能力的提升与智能化医学模拟系统教学的相关性,探讨智能化医学模拟系统在住院医师规范化培训呼吸疾病教学中的作用。方法:将2015-2016年在佳木斯大学附属第一医院呼吸内科进行住院医师规范化培训的住培学员按批次分为两组,分别为对照组、实验组,对照组进行传统临床教学;实验组在进行传统临床教学的同时,进行智能化医学综合模拟系统教学。结果:两组学员专业考试成绩:对照组低于实验组(P<0.01);临床技能操作成绩:对照组低于实验组(P<0.01)。结论:智能化医学模拟系统教学有利于住院医师规范化培训学员对呼吸系病理论知识的理解、专业能力的培养和综合能力的提升。Objective： To study the relationship between the improvement of respiratory disease management ability and the teaching of intelligent medical simulation system,and to explore the role of intelligent medical simulation system in the standardization training of resident physician in respiratory disease. Methods ： Students enrolled in 2015 and 2016 participated a controlled trial. Results： The scores of the two groups were lower than those in the experimental group（ P 0. 01）. The clinical skill of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion： The teaching of intelligent medical simulation system is helpful to the students＇ understanding of the theory of respiratory disease,the cultivation of professional ability and the improvement of comprehensive ability.
