摘　　要：目的:通过赛道式技能竞赛检验各校护理临床教学水平。方法:对赛道式护理技能大赛的赛式设计、竞赛内容、赛道管理、竞赛流程等详细策划。赛前组织参赛队熟悉环境,了解竞赛流程,按初赛、复赛、决赛进行比赛。结果:以临床护理病例为主的竞赛方式检验各高校护理教育水平,达到"以赛促训,以赛促技"的目的。Objective： This study aims at implementing the racing track style competition to find out the teaching outcomes of different nursing schools. Method： The design,content,management and procedures were all carefully laid out before the competition. All teams were briefed with the procedures and the competition setup. Result： Case based competition helped to find out the learning outcomes of different nursing programs. The competition promoted training and elevated students＇ skills.
