摘  要:由于呼吸系统疾病的一些特点,对于诊断学问诊的技巧和能力的要求比较高,普通的诊断学见习教学模式的教学效果并不理想。在问诊前、问诊中和问诊后的不同阶段,采用学生-患者双中心的教学模式,不仅有利于学生问诊综合能力的培养,也有利于其尽早掌握医患沟通的理念和技巧,具有较好的教学效果。Due to certain characteristics of pulmonary diseases,it is difficult for a medical student to get proficiency in the communication technique and the language capability when they perform the diagnostic inquiry in front of the real patients. Unfortunately,the ordinary pre-clinical teaching methods make limited contributions to fulfilling these demands. The writers established a teaching method implying a student-patient-dual-center as the pattern to prepare,conduct,and conclude the whole process of diagnostic inquiry practice,including pre-inquiry,inquiry and post-inquiry. They found that this method was not only helpful for culturing the comprehensive inquiry abilities,but also contributory to the early understanding of the necessity and the techniques of doctor-patient communications,for those medical students,and hence is practically effective.
