废旧机械设备资源化利用行业政策梳理

摘　　要：废旧机械设备资源化利用对于缓解我国经济发展的资源环境约束意义重大,我国为发展废旧机械设备资源化利用行业制定了很多规划。本文分析了我国废旧机械设备资源化利用行业的现状,总结了国内外关于废旧机械设备资源化利用的相关政策,指出人们应该不断总结、充分借鉴国外的先进经验,大力发展废旧机械设备资源利用行业。Waste mechanical equipment utilization is of great significance to relieve the pressure of resources in China’s economic development. China has made a lot of corresponding planning for the development of waste machincal equipment resource utilization industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of the resource utilization of waste machincal equipment in China, and summarizes the relevant i ndustry policies in domestic and abroad, then points out that we should constantly summing up and fully learning the advanced experience of foreign, vigorously developing the waste machincal equipment r esource utilization i ndustry.
