摘  要:溴化锂吸收式制冷技术以热能为驱动能源,其可以回收、利用余热,所以说溴化锂制冷机不仅是制冷设备,而且是余热回收设备。本文简述了溴化锂吸收式制冷技术的概念、原理、分类和特点,介绍了焦化厂荒煤气冷却工艺和溴化锂制冷机的传统制冷流程,并对该系统进行技术经济分析,分析了溴化锂制冷机的运行费用、投资回收期和节能效益等,探讨了低温余热制冷和采暖联合应用在焦化乃至钢铁行业的推广前景。Lithium bromide absorption refrigeration technology to heat energy for the drive energy, which can be recycled, the use of waste heat, so that lithium bromide refrigerator is not only refrigeration equipment, but also waste heat recovery equipment. In this paper, the concept, principle, classification and characteristics of lithium bromide absorption refrigeration technology are briefly introduced. The traditional refrigeration process of the waste gas from the coking plant and the lithium bromide refrigerator is introduced. The technical and economic analysis of the lithium bromide refrigerator is also carried out. Operating costs, investment recovery period and energy efficiency, etc., to explore the low temperature waste heat refrigeration and heating combined application in the coking and even the steel industry to promote the prospects.
