摘 要:家蚕幼虫体内的活性物质1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)的含量在家蚕品种之间存在差异。以蛹虫草菌(Cordyceps militaris)感染家蚕幼虫生产蚕蛹虫草,分别以20个家蚕品种的5龄第3天幼虫作为寄主,调查96 h家蚕感染率、10 d出草率及蚕蛹虫草中的DNJ含量,筛选蚕蛹虫草产量高且富含DNJ的家蚕品种。结果表明,蛹虫草菌对不同家蚕品种幼虫的感染率无显著差异,感染率和10 d出草率均达到100%;不同家蚕品种5龄第3天幼虫制备全蚕粉样品中的DNJ含量存在极显著差异,其中家蚕品种楚玉样品中的DNJ质量分数最高达0.557 5%,用不同家蚕品种5龄第3天幼虫培育的蚕蛹虫草中的DNJ含量也存在极显著差异,其中用家蚕品种东四单幼虫培育蚕蛹虫草样品中的DNJ质量分数最高达0.239 7%。依据试验结果初步认为,不同家蚕品种幼虫接种同一株蛹虫草菌对人工培育蚕蛹虫草的出草率没有影响;蛹虫草菌在蚕体内生长过程中会在一定程度降低蚕体原有的DNJ含量,家蚕品种东四单的5龄幼虫可用于生产高DNJ含量的蚕蛹虫草。The content of active substance 1-deoxynojirimycin( DNJ) in silkworm( Bombyx mori) larvae varies with silkworm varieties. In this study,silkworm larvae were infected by Cordyceps militaris to prepare silkworm-fungus symbiont.In order to find silkworm varieties with high symbiont output and rich in DNJ,day 3 larvae of the 5 th instar from 20 silkworm varieties were used to cultivate C. militaris,to investigate the infection rate of larvae at 96 h and the formation rate of symbiont at 10 d,and to detect the contents of DNJ in silkworm-fungus symbiont. The results showed that the infection rate of C. militaris to larvae of different silkworm varieties had no significant difference. Both infection rate and symbiont formation rate reached 100%. There were extremely significant differences in DNJ content of silkworm powder produced from day 3 larvae of the 5 th instar of different silkworm varieties,among which DNJ content of silkworm variety Chuyu was the highest( 0. 557 5%). There were extremely significant differences in DNJ content of silkworm-fungus symbiont produced from day 3 larvae of the 5 th instar of different silkworm varieties,among which DNJ content of silkworm variety Dongsidan was the highest( 0. 239 7%). Based on these test results,it is preliminarily concluded that silkworm-fungus symbiont formation rate is not influenced by different silkworm varieties inoculated with the same C.militaris strain. In the course of C. militaris growing inside larval body,DNJ content in silkworm larvae is decreased to some degrees. The 5 th instar larvae of silkworm variety Dongsidan is suitable for producing silkworm-fungus symbiont with high DNJ content.
