春秋兼用四元杂交斑纹全限性家蚕新品种锦·苑×绫·州的选育

摘　　要：以体质强健好养、茧丝优质高产、蚕种易繁育为家蚕新品种选育目标,对蚕茧产量高的家蚕品种锦7进行纯系分离育成新品种锦,将茧丝品质优的家蚕品种绫14与绫4杂交育成新品种绫,将强健多丝量斑纹限性品种317与限1杂交育成新品种苑,将强健多丝量斑纹限性品种318与限2杂交育成新品种州,并将4个新品种组配成具有幼虫斑纹限性特色性状的春秋兼用四元杂交家蚕新品种锦·苑×绫·州。新品种杂交组合在实验室共同鉴定中的成绩良好:春季饲养的虫蛹统一生命率96.42%,全茧量2.10 g,四龄万蚕产茧量20.86 kg,与对照菁松×皓月比较,分别提高0.33个百分点、0.06 g、0.67 kg;秋季饲养的茧层率23.68%,四龄万蚕产茧量18.16 kg,鲜茧出丝率17.89%,与对照夏芳×秋白比较,分别提高0.51个百分点、0.4 kg、0.4个百分点。此外,利用限性斑纹性状在幼虫期区分雌雄,可节省蚕种生产过程中雌雄蛹鉴别用工成本及提高杂交率。新品种于2008年通过四川省家蚕品种审定委员会审定,已在四川、重庆等省(市)蚕区推广饲养100余万张种。By taking strong vitality and easy handling,excellent silk quality and high cocoon yield,and easy production of eggs as objectives for breeding new silkworm（ Bombyx mori） varieties,silkworm variety Jin 7 with high cocoon yield was subject to pure line separation for preparing new variety Jin,silkworm variety Ling 14 with excellent silk quality was hybridized with Ling 4 for preparing new variety Ling,silkworm variety 317 with strong vitality,high silk yield and sex-limited stripe was hybridized with Xian 1 for preparing new variety Yuan,and silkworm variety 318 with strong vitality,high silk yield and sex-limited stripe was hybridized with Xian 2 for preparing new variety Zhou. The obtained 4 new varieties were combined to form a new quaternary hybrid silkworm variety named Jin·Yuan × Ling·Zhou characterized by sex-limited stripes on larval bodies for spring and autumn rearing. This new hybrid combination performed well in laboratory co-identifications. In spring rearing,its larva-pupa survival rate was 96. 42%,single cocoon weight was 2. 10 g,and cocoon yield from 10 000 larvae of the 4 th instar was 20. 86 kg,being 0. 33 percentage point,0. 06 g and 0. 67 kg higher than that of the control variety Jingsong × Haoyue,respectively. In autumn rearing,cocoon shell rate was 23. 68%,cocoon yield from 10 000 larvae of the 4 th instar was 18. 16 kg,and raw silk rate of fresh cocoons was 17. 89%,being 0. 51 percentage point,0. 4 kg and 0. 4 percentage point higher than that of the control variety Xiafang ×Qiubai,respectively. In addition,the use of sex-limited stripes for distinguishing male and female individuals in larval stage can reduce labor cost for discriminating male and female pupae in egg production process and improve hybridization rate. The new silkworm variety had been evaluated and approved by Silkworm Variety Evaluation Committee of Sichuan Province in 2008. More than one million boxes of eggs of this new variety have been popularized and raised in Sichuan,Chongqing and other provinces/areas.
