摘 要:三眠性家蚕品种可生产用于缫制细纤度生丝的原料茧,培育斑纹限性三眠蚕品种,又可以在蚕种繁育中依据幼虫斑纹区分雌雄降低制种成本。以四眠性家蚕斑纹限性品种资源限3、限8为母本,以显性三眠性家蚕品种资源309C、川32为父本进行杂交,育成了斑纹限性三眠蚕品种限309、限32。与亲本限3、限8比较,限309的全龄经过时间比限3缩短了96 h,限32的全龄经过时间比限8缩短了76 h;虫蛹率、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率均低于其亲本限3、限8,但没有达到显著性差异。将育成的斑纹限性三眠蚕品种组配成二元杂交组合限309×限32,三眠率达到98%以上,与四眠性亲本组配的二元杂交组合限3×限8(对照)比较,幼虫全龄经过时间缩短了90 h,万蚕收茧量下降了0.40 kg,万蚕茧层量、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率与对照基本相当,茧丝长、解舒丝长比对照分别长21 m、12.9 m,解舒率比对照低0.65百分点,出丝率比对照提高0.23百分点,茧丝纤度2.952 dtex,洁净93.25分,达到了育种材料创新的预期目标。Trimolter silkworm( Bombyx mori) can produce raw cocoons for reeling raw silk of fine size. Breeding of sexlimited marking tetramolter trimolter silkworm will help to decrease the cost of eggs production through distinguishing female and male individuals based on different markings at larval stage. Using the sex-limited marking tetramolter silkworm varieties Xian 3 × Xian 8 as female parents,and dominant trimoltine silkworm varieties 309 C and Chuan 32 as male parents,two sex-limited marking trimolter silkworm varieties Xian 309 and Xian 32 were bred by crossing. Compared to the parental varieties,the duration of all instars of Xian 309 was 90 h shorter than Xian 3,and the duration of all instars of Xian 32 was 76 h shorter than Xian 8. The larva-pupa rate,cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate of Xian 309 and Xian 32 were lower than their parents Xian 3 and Xian 8,while there was no significant difference. Furthermore,the sex-limited marking trimolter silkworm varieties Xian 309 and Xian 32 were used to breed the two-way silkworm hybrid combination Xian 309 × Xian 2. The trimolter rate of Xian 309 × Xian 2 was over 98%. Compared to the twoway silkworm hybrid combination Xian 3 × Xian 8( control),the duration of all instars of Xian 309 × Xian 32 was shortened by 90 h,and the cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae was decreased by 0. 40 kg. The cocoon yield per10 000 larvae,cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate were about the same with those of the control. Compared to the control,the length of cocoon filament and non-broken cocoon filament of Xian 309 × Xian 32 was increased by 21 m and 12. 9 m respectively. The reelability percentage of Xian 309 × Xian 32 was decreased by 0. 65 percentage points compared with that of the control,while the raw silk rate was increased by 0. 23 percentage points compared with that of the control.
