蛹丝兼用柞蚕新品种川柞1号的育成

摘　　要：以四川蚕区的一化性柞蚕优良品种通江为亲本材料,采用系统分离育种方法,经过16年22代定向选择,育成了柞蚕新品种川柞1号。新品种属黄蚕血统,全龄经过时间49 d 18 h,单蛾产卵量240粒,收蚁结茧率75.60%,千粒茧质量8.95 kg,千粒蛹质量7.87 kg。新品种鲜蛹中的蛋白质质量分数为12.46%,氨基酸质量分数为9.49%,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸质量的37.72%,并含有多种维生素。新品种具有蚕茧产量高、茧型大、品质优以及蚕蛹营养成分丰富、氨基酸组成结构合理等特点,是适合一化性柞蚕产区推广饲养的蛹丝兼用优质高产柞蚕品种。An excellent univoltine tussah silkworm variety Tongjiang from sericultural region of Sichuan Province was used as parent material and pedigree separation breeding method was implemented. After 16 years and 22 generations of directional selection,a new tussah silkworm variety Chuanzuo 1 was obtained. This new variety has blood lineage of yellow color.Its duration of all instars is 49 days 18 hours,240 eggs are laid per moth,cocooning rate is 75. 60%,weight of 1 000 cocoons is 8. 95 kg,and weight of 1 000 pupae is 7. 87 kg. Fresh pupae of this new variety have 12. 46% mass fraction of proteins and 9. 49% mass fraction of amino acids. The ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids is 37. 72%. Besides,the fresh pupae contain a variety of vitamins. This new variety has the characteristics of high yield,large cocoon and excellent cocoon quality. Its pupae contain rich nutrients and appropriate amino acid composition. Thus,it is a high yield and high quality variety suitable for popularizing and rearing in production areas of univoltine tussah silkworm for pupa and silk dual-purposes.
