以毒攻毒治法在肿瘤临床中的运用

摘　　要：以毒攻毒是中医学重要治法之一,在恶性肿瘤的中医药治疗中具有重要作用。对以毒攻毒治法的内涵、外延进行解析,结合该法与放化疗、手术的联合应用情况,以及对肿瘤并发症的治疗研究,阐述以毒攻毒治法在临床中的具体应用,并提出应正确掌握药物使用原则、可能产生的不良反应、炮制方法及有效剂量等以毒攻毒方药的使用注意事项。＂Fighting toxin with toxin＂is one of the important principles of Chinese medicine,which plays an important role in the treatment of malignant tumors in Chinese medicine. This article analyzes the connotation and the extension of the therapeutic method of ＂fighting toxin with toxin＂,and elaborates its specific clinical application combined with radiotherapy,chemotherapy and surgery,combined with the study of complication treatment,it also puts forward that the drug use principles should be correctly grasped,and raises the possible adverse reactions,processing methods and effective dose of the toxic drugs used in the method of ＂fighting toxin with toxin＂.
