基于心主神明理论探讨情志在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用

摘　　要：中医学认为"心主神明",心神主导情志活动,情志失常以心为主、以肝为辅,主要责之于心神不明。心神不明,机体对外界环境应对能力减退,易出现情志失常,情志失常可直中脏腑,或引起气血逆乱,损及脏腑功能,导致气滞、血瘀、痰阻,形成恶性肿瘤的发病基础,增加机体对恶性肿瘤的易感性。现代医学研究亦表明,情志异常会影响DNA修复、机体免疫功能、肿瘤血管生成,从而促进恶性肿瘤的发生发展。临床实践中应注重对心神的调、养、安,从而有效防治恶性肿瘤。从心论治可为中医药防治肿瘤提供新的治疗策略。It is believed in Chinese medicine that ＂heart governs minds＂,and minds guide emotional activities.Emotional disorders are always related to the heart,sometimes the liver. The main problem is always the unclear mind in heart. If the mind in heart is unclear,the body resistance to the environment will diminish,thus prone to emotional disorders,which can transfer directly into Zang and Fu-organs,or result in Qi and blood disorders,which can also damage the functions of Zang and Fu-organs,leading to Qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction,the basis of tumorigenesis,increasing the susceptibility to malignant tumors. Modern medical research also shows that emotional disorders could affect DNA repair,immune function,tumor angiogenesis,thereby promoting the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. In clinical practice,physicians should pay attention to the regulation,maintenance and tranquilization of heart,so as to effectively prevent and treat malignant tumors. ＂Treatment from heart＂can provide a new treatment strategy for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors in Chinese medicine.
