摘 要:针对"小震致灾"甚至"小震大灾"的我国村镇房屋,为提高其抗震能力,研发一种造价低廉、构造简单、施工简便、后期维护成本低的铅芯废旧轮胎隔震垫(LRTP)。通过铅芯废旧轮胎隔震垫(LRTP)和废旧轮胎隔震垫(RTP)竖向和水平向力学性能对比试验,详细分析研究了两者的竖向极限承载力、竖向压缩刚度、抗剪承载力、水平等效刚度和等效阻尼比等力学参数及破坏模式,得到铅芯废旧轮胎隔震垫(LRTP)的力学性能显著优于废旧轮胎隔震垫(RTP),其中LRTP的抗剪承载力和极限剪应变显著高于RTP,且具有更强的耗能能力,其等效阻尼比接近工程常用的铅芯橡胶支座(LRB),此外,LRTP造价低廉环保,故十分适合用于提高我国村镇房屋抗震能力,从而减少人员伤亡和经济损失。In this paper, in view of chinese rural buildings in "small earthquake induced damage" or even " small earthquake induced disaster", in order to improve their seismic capability, a low cost, simple structure, convenient construction, low maintenance cost of Lead Recycle Tire Pads (LRTP) was researched and developed. Through vertical and horizontal mechanical behavior testings of Lead Recycle Tire Pads (LRTP) and Recycle Tire Pads (RTP) , the vertical limit loading capacity, vertical stiffness, ultimate shear capacity, horizontal equivalent stiffness, equivalent damping ratio and other mechanical behavior and failure modes of the above both were comparative analysis in detail, the mechanical behavior of Lead Recycle Tire Pads-LRTP (LRTP) was much better than that of Recycle Tire Pads (RTP) can be found, for ultimate shear capacity and the ultimate shear strain, the former is significantly higher than the latter, and he former has stronger energy dissipation capacity, which was close to that of he common Lead Rubber Bearing (LRB). In additional, Lead Recycle Tire Pads (LRTP) has low cost and environmental protection, so, which is very suitable for used to improve the seismic capacity of rural buildings, so as to reduce casualties and economic losses.
