摘 要:以含氟聚芳醚为聚合物主链,通过接枝具有三功能位点的2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚(TDAP)和1-溴己铵离子液体(Br-6-QA),成功制备了一系列新型的具有密集柔性侧链的聚芳醚类阴离子交换膜DFHF-TQA-x.疏水含氟主链和密集柔性侧链功能基团的引入有效促进了膜内亲水离子区域的聚集,DFHF-TQA-x膜显示出良好的微相分离结构,且在较低离子交换容量和含水率的情况下能获得较高电导率.DFHF-TQA-0.75膜在80℃下达最高电导率76.1 mS/cm,在60℃单电池测试电流密度为150 mA/cm^2时达最大功率密度80.7mW/cm^2,可适用于燃料电池.Synthesis of a series of novel fluorine-containing poly(arylene ether) based AEMs with multifunctionalized flexible pendant ammonium cations (DFHF-TQA-x) is reported. Hydroxyl-bearing 2,4,6-tri(dimethyl aminomethyl)-phenol (TDAP) trifunctional moieties is grafted onto fluorine-bearing poly(arylene ether) matrix, followed by functionalization with bromine-bearing (u-bromoalkyl)trimethyl ammonium (Br-n-QA). The incorporation of the multi-functionalized pendant ammonium cations facilitates the aggregation of the ionic clusters leading to the formation of hydrophilic/hydrophobic microphase separation. As a result, an enhancement of OH-conductivity in low IEC and water uptake can be achieved. Specially, the DFHF-TQA-0. 75 membrane achieves the OH-conductivity of 76.1 mS/cm at 80℃ and the fuel cell test exhibits a peak power density of 80. 7 mW/cm2 at the current density of 150 mA/em2 at 60 ℃, indicating the DFHF-TQA-x membranes good candidates for application in fuel cells.
