摘 要:随着我国实施"一带一路"倡议与企业"走出去",跨语言文化沟通的重要性日益凸显,我国与各国贸易往来存在的语言障碍成为贸易壁垒与贸易成本增加的一个不容忽视的因素。本文通过采用《世界语言地图》(WALS)提供的语言特征指标为理论框架,从语言障碍的角度,测量与我国已签订自贸协定的19个国家开展贸易往来的语言障碍度,并运用引力模型对我国与19国的贸易进出口流量进行考察。本文的发现对研究自贸区贸易便利化和汉语言文化对外传播提供有价值的参考和启示。With the implementation of the "Belt and Road" Initiative and globalizing Chinese enterprises, cross-language com- munication is getting increasingly important. Language barrier in international trade has become an important factor in trade barrier and cost rise. This paper adopts the linguistic barrier perspective to measure and rank the degree of language barrier to Chinese trade with nineteen countries of free trade zone, by using the language features of The World Atlas of Language Struc- tures (WALS) as the theoretical framework. The results of the study show that firstly, Malay language is the biggest linguistic barrier to China, and Vietnamese the smallest, with English as a relatively neutral language. Secondly, comparison between Chinese and languages of EU countries shows that English lingua-franca contributes more to Chinese trade with these countries. Thirdly, apart from Malay, T'FP countries have less language barrier to China and a wider use of Chinese in trade with these countries is strongly encouraged. The findings of the study have implications and values for FTZ trade facilitation and crossborder communication of Chinese language and culture.
