摘  要:采用自制的浮选实验装置,以十二烷基硫酸钠为塑料浮选起泡剂.单宁酸为润湿剂。对废旧丙烯腈.丁二烯.苯乙烯共聚物,高冲击强度聚苯乙烯(ABS/HIPS)混合塑料进行浮选分离。初步考察了起泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠的浓度.搅拌时间.浮选时间及浮选柱液面高度对废IBABSIHIPS浮选效果的影响。结果表明:在十二烷基硫酸钠浓度为20mg/L,搅拌时间为3min.浮选时间为4min.通气流量为5L/min.浮选柱液面高度为30cm时,可以实现废IBABS/HIPS的分离。其中,上浮产物HIPS的纯度达到95.00%,回收率达到98.95%;下沉产物ABS的纯度达到97.71%,回收率达到95.61%。With sodium dodecyl sulfate as a new plastic flotation foaming agent, tannic acid as the wetting agent, the waste acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer/high impact polystyrene (ABS/HIPS) mixed plastics was separated by using self-made flotation experimental device. The effects of foaming agent concentration, stirring time, flotation time and liquid level in flotation column on the flotation efficiency of waste ABS/HIPS plastics were investigated preliminarily. The results show that: the separation of waste ABS/HIPS plastic can be achieved when sodium dodecyl sulfate concentration is 20 mg/L, stirring time is 3 min, flotation time is 4 min, air flow rate is 5 L/min, and liquid level in flotation column is 30 cm. The purity of floating product HIPS reaches 95%, the recovery rate of it reaches 98.95%; the purity of sinking product ABS reaches 97.71%, the recovery rate reaches 95.61%.
