摘  要:高频液压振动锤作为打设钢板桩的一种施工方式,主要用于市区、人群较集中的地方和对周围有较严格限制的地方施工,而在郊区及周围建筑物稀少或无重要地下管线通过的区域施工其优势更加明显。施工区域的土层以淤泥质粘土、粘土、粉土和N≤50的土层为主,其穿透卵石层、沙层、建筑垃圾等地质层的能力也很强,地质条件的适应性较为广泛。着重分析了高频液压振动锤悬吊打设钢板桩施工的特点、工艺流程及操作要点以及在施工质量等方面的控制措施。As a construction technique of suspension driving of steel sheet pile, high frequency hydrau lic vibratory hammer is used in construction site in city center with dense crowd or place with strict sur- rounding regulation. And it is also of great advantage when used in suburb with fewer buildings and less important underground cables. It is mainly used in areas with muddy clay, clay, silt and soil layer with N 〈50, and it is feasible in extensive geological areas, capable to penetrate soil layers with cobbles and con- struction waste. This paper focuses on characteristics, process, key operation of high frequency hydraulic vibratory hammer and the controlling measures of construction quality, safety and environment protection.
