摘　　要：球团高压辊磨机用于提高造球系统成球性能,对高压辊磨机增加变频控制,通过闭环调节,实现辊磨机辊子转速的自动调节,从而达到提高矿料制球的效率,降低设备成本,减少设备故障的目的。不仅取得了十分明显的经济效益,还大大提高了设备运行的自动化程度。High pressure roller mill is used to improve pellet bailing system performance, strengthening the frequency conversion control of high pressure roller mill and the closed-loop control, realizing the auto- matic adjustment roller mill speed, so as to improve the efficiency of mineral aggregate ball, reduce the cost of equipment, reduce equipment fault. With a promising prospect, this application can not only a- chieved great economic benefits, but also greatly improve the degree of automation of equipment operation.
