摘　　要：【目的】探讨加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAS）护理措施应用于精准性肝切除围术期的护理效果。【方法】选择32例在本科进行精准性肝叶切除手术治疗的肝脏恶性肿瘤患者，随机分为对照组及观察组各16例，观察组应用ERAS护理措施、对照组按传统方法进行围术期护理。比较两组患者术后恢复情况。【结果】观察组患者术后疼痛评分、首次下床活动时间、恢复肛门排气时间、住院天数及术后并发症发生情况均明显优于对照组。【结论】ERAs护理措施可促进精准性肝切除手术患者术后康复。[Objective]To explore the nursing effects of enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） in the perioperative period of precise hepatectomy.[Methods]Thirty-two patients with hepatic malignancies undergoing selective hepatectomy were randomly divided into the control and observation group, with 16 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with ERAS and the control group was treated by traditional methods. The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.[Results]The patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group with regards to postoperative pain scores~ duration until first bed-leavlng activity, re covery of anus exhaust time, hospitalization days and postoperative complications. [Conclusion]The nursing measures can promote the recovery of patients with perioperative period of precise hepatectomy. [-
