What Can Be Used to Motivate Tutors of Full-Time Graduates of Professional Degree?——Studies on the Samples of the Tutors of Education Masters

摘  要:国家深入推进专业学位研究生教育改革,其中招收全日制专业学位研究生的举措具有重要意义。但全日制专业学位人才培养困难重重,突出问题是导师积极性不高。调查结果表明导师对高质量生源的需求成为包括职称、薪酬在内的13项激励因素中最为重要的一项;导师不仅对国家专业学位教育政策和专业学位人才培养质量缺乏认同,对专业学位发展的制度环境和人文环境也并不满意,这成为影响导师积极性的重要原因;研究型大学中的导师对专业学位教育的认同度和发展环境的认可度均低于其他高校,其激励需求最弱,激励难度最大。要有效激励导师,需要充分关注导师的高激励需求,改革招生制度,提升生源质量;改革导师评价制度,打造高质量的专业学位导师队伍;提升专业学位教育认同度;重视导师的分类激励,加强地方转型高校的专业学位培养力度。The government deepens graduate education reform for professional degree in which full-time professional degree master enrollment measures are of great significance. Full-time professional degree training has many difficulties, and the most prominent one is that tutors' motivation is not high. Survey results show that tutors' requirement for high quality students has been the most important one in 13 kinds of motivators including title and salary. Tutors not only disapprove the national professional degree education policies and the quality of professional degree students, but also are not satisfied with the institutional environment and humanistic environment of professional degree development. The recognition degree of tutors in research universities for professional degree education and development environment is lower than that of tutors in other universities. The incentive requirements for those tutors are the smallest but incentive difficulties are the biggest. To motive tutors, it needs to pay fully attention to tutors' incentive requirements,reform enrollment system and enhance students quality; reform tutor evaluation system, build high quality tutor team; promote the recognition degree for graduate education of professional degree; attach importance to tutors' classified motivation system, and strengthen professional degree graduate training in local transformation university.
