摘　　要：目的对医院制剂心衰宁合剂的毒理学进行评价研究,以证实其安全性。方法通过昆明种小鼠经口急性毒性试验、SD大鼠90 d长期毒性试验对心衰宁合剂的长期毒性进行研究。结果小鼠急性经口LD_(50)大于15.0 g/(kg/BW)属无毒级。心衰宁合剂对SD大鼠90 d长期毒性试验各检测指标无异常影响。结论心衰宁合剂安全性好,长期给药无毒副作用,可长期用于治疗各种慢性心力衰竭以及辅助治疗急性心衰。Objective To investigate the safety of xinshuaining mixture,the toxicology studies are performed. Methods The toxicology studies that included kunming mice acute oral toxicity test and SD rats ninety days feeding test are performed. Results The median lethal dose LD50 is above 15.0 g/kg/BW, mouse acute oral toxicity test that indicated that it belonged to non-toxic class. Detecting index of SD rats ninety days feeding test is still within the normal ranges of this laboratory. Conclusion Xinshuaining mixture possessed good safety and it had no side effects after its long-term treatment. It could be used for long-term treatment of chronic heart failure and the assistant treatment of acute heart failure.
