摘  要:目的采用近红外光谱技术,建立快速测定升麻中异阿魏酸含量的方法。方法以高效液相色谱法测定异阿魏酸的含量,运用近红外技术采集54份升麻样品的光谱图,经过标准正态变换(SNV)和二阶导数的光谱预处理方法,采用偏最小二乘回归(PLS)方法建立升麻中异阿魏酸含量测定的近红外定量模型,并验证已建立的定量模型。结果模型的相关系数(R)为0.983 76,校正均方差(RMSEC)为0.004 67,预测误差均方根(RMSEP)为0.026 7。结论该方法简便高效,实验建立的模型性能较好,对升麻中异阿魏酸含量的预测准确可靠。Objective To establish a rapid determination method for isoferulic acid in Cimicifugae Rhizoma by near-infrared spectroscopy technique. Methods HPLC method is used to determine the content of isoferulic acid, near infrared spectral of 54 samples are collected and preprocessed by standard normal variate(SNV) and the second derivative method, partial least-squares (PLS) method is used to create a quantitative model of Cimicifugae Rhizoma of isoferulic acid, and to verify the established quantitative model. Results The correlation coefficient R is 0.983 76, root mean square error of calibration(RMSEC) is 0.004 67, root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP) is 0.026 7. Conclusion The method is simple and convenient, the quantitative model established in this study is good, accurate and reliable for the determination of the content of isoferulic acid in Cimicifugae Rhizoma.
