摘 要:目的探讨主成分分析法用于山玫胶囊质量评价的可行性。方法将山玫胶囊的色谱图导入《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)》软件中进行相似度评价,并用SPSS19.0进行主成分分析,计算综合主成分F值,再进行聚类分析验证,从而对山玫胶囊的质量进行综合评价。结果对山玫胶囊进行主成分分析,提取了5个主成分,对综合主成分F值进行排序,确定了10批山玫胶囊的质量优劣。聚类分析与主成分分析结果基本一致。结论本方法快速、准确,适用于山玫胶囊的质量评价。Objective To explore the feasibility of principal component analysis(PCA) for the quality evaluation of Shanmei capsule. Methods The HPLC fingerprints of Shanmei capsule are obtained and evaluated by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (2004A edition), and the SPSS 19.0 is used to carry out principal component analysis, calculating the principal component F value and verifying by hierarchical cluster analysis, so as to make a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Shanmei capsule. Results Principal component analysis is used to extract 5 principal components, and the F value of the principal component is sorted. The quality of the 10 batches of Shanmei capsule is determined.The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis are basically the same. Conclusion The method is fast and accurate. It is suitable for the evaluation of the quality of Shanmei capsule.
