摘　　要：目的分析某市医疗机构目前的中药饮片管理现状,为中药饮片管理的进一步优化提供依据和参考。方法以某市62家医疗机构中药饮片管理的督导检查结果为基础,对其问题进行分析。结果在中药饮片处方、中药饮片采购验收储存、中药专业人才、中药煎煮、临方炮制和个性化加工等方面发现问题,探讨了各种有效措施以保证中药饮片管理的规范性。结论医疗机构需加强中药饮片的管理,以此促进中医药的健康发展。Objective To analyze the current management situation of traditional Chinese medicine Pieces in medical institutions in the city, and to provide the basis and reference for further optimization of the management of Chinese herbal pieces. Methods On the basis of the supervision and examination results of the management of traditional Chinese medicine Pieces in 62 medical institutions in the city, the problems are analyzed. Results The problems found in the aspects of Chinese herbal medicine prescription, Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese medicine professional procurement inspection storage, decoction of Chinese medicine prescription based processing, and personalized processing, discusses various kinds of effective measures to ensure the standardized management of Chinese herbal medicine. Conclusion Medical institutions need to strengthen the management of traditional Chinese medicine pieces, so as to promote the healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine.
