摘　　要：开展民族团结进步创建是中国特色解决民族问题正确道路的重要组成部分,对于增强中华民族凝聚力向心力意义重大。民族团结进步创建活动是做好民族工作的有效载体、有力抓手,建立对其进行评价的指标体系,对规范、引导和推动民族团结进步创建活动的深入发展十分必要。必须结合创建活动的目标,以民族团结进步以及民族事务治理的相关理论为依据;遵循系统性、科学性、差异性、可操作性和动态性原则,根据不同类型、特点来构建民族团结进步创建活动的评价指标体系。Creating national unity and progress is not only an important part in correctly solving national problems with Chinese characteristics but also of great significance for enhancing cohesion and solidarity of the Chinese nation. National unity and progress building activities are an effective carrier for the national work. Therefore,creating the evaluation index system is necessary for further guiding and promoting national unity and progress building activities. Based on the relative theories of national unity and progress and national affairs governance,it must be constructed according to different types and characteristics,combining the goal of building activities and following the principle of putting people first and integrating the qualities of being comprehensive with systematic,scientific with practicable,qualitative with quantitative.
