摘　　要：大数据时代的到来与城市化进程的快速发展,我国城市公共安全严峻形势日益凸显。而我国现有的城市公共安全应急管理手段和方式,呈现出与大数据时代很大程度的不适应,大数据对我国城市公共安全应急管理提出了新挑战。为有效应对挑战,需要从打造新一代数据政府、建设基础性数据规范、研发前沿性数据技术、搭建开放式数据平台和培养复合型数据人才着手。With the arrival of the big-data era and the rapid urbanization,the urban public safety of our country is facing moreserious challenges. However,the present management means and methods for emergencies of the urban public safety of our country are far from satisfactory in facing the challenges of the big-data era. In order to deal with the challenges effectively,the following solutions are necessary： creating a new-generation big-data-based government,constructing the basic data standard and open-data platforms,researching and developing the advanced data technology,and cultivating interdisciplinary talents for the big-data era.
