重组人粒细胞刺激因子与地榆升白片联用对儿童化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效及经济学评价

摘　　要：目的:评价重组人粒细胞刺激因子与地榆升白片对患癌儿童化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效及其成本费用。方法:抽取2014年5月—2017年4月间收治的患癌儿童184例资料,将其随机分为对照组84例和观察组100例;对照组患儿给予单用重组人粒细胞刺激因子(rh G-CSF)治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用地榆升白片治疗;比较两组患儿治疗后白细胞计数复常时间的变化情况,以及治疗期间不良反应发生率和治疗费用的差异。结果:观察组患儿治疗后白细胞计数复常时间为(4.07±1.60)d优于对照组为(5.85±2.30)d(P<0.05);而两组患儿用药期间不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组患儿的不良反应症状较为轻微,对症处理后不影响继续治疗及其疗效;观察组患儿治疗期间治疗费用为(294.1±27.4)元低于对照组为(383.5±30.7)元(P<0.05)。结论:重组人粒细胞刺激因子与地榆升白片治疗患癌儿童化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效较为确切,总治疗费用更低,不良反应发生率较为适中。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and cost of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor （rhG-CSF） combined with Diyushengbai tablets in children with leukopenia induced by chemotherapy. Methods： 184 cases of children with cancer were chosen from May 2014 to April 2017 in children＇s hospital of Suzhou university and randomly divided into control group （84 cas- es） and observation group （100 cases）; the patients in the control group were treated with rhG-CSF in- jection, and the patients in the observation group were treated with both rhG-CSF injection and Diyush- engbai tablets; the clinical effecacy and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were ob- served, and pharmacoeconomics was evaluated by the total cost. Results： The average days of white blood cells reaching to normal level in control group and the observation group were （5.85±2.30）d and （4.07±1.60）d respectively （P〈0.05）; there was no statistical significance （P〉0.05） between tile two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions, which were mild and did not affect the clinical applica- tion and efficacy after treatment; the total cost of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）; Conclusion： The therapy, using rhG-CSF combined with Doush- engbai tablets, has good curative effect, low treatment cost and moderate incidence of adverse reac-tions in treatment of children with leukopenia induced by chemotherapy.
