摘　　要：从人体阳气变动规律的角度,深入探讨寒热错杂痞的形成原理及其相应治法三泻心汤的作用机制。阳虚则寒,阳郁则热,寒热错杂处于过渡阶段,辛味药散寒,苦味药导热,并行而不悖,专为寒热错杂病机而设。On the basis of systematic review of 〈Internal Classic〉 and 〈Treatise on Febrile Diseases〉, and the relevant theories of physicians, from the perspective of changes of the human body Yang, to investigate the forming principle of cold-heat complexed Pi, and mechanism of the treatment of three Xiexintang. Yang de- ficiency leads to cold, and Yang deposition leads to hot. Cold-heat complex is a transitional stage. Pungent drugs can dispel cold, and bitter medicine can conduct heat. The two are parallel and not contrary, especially for the mechanism of Cold-Heat complex.
