摘  要:目的:在人微粒体中验证射干合剂中麻黄碱与利多卡因合用体外孵育时代谢酶。方法:采用人微粒体体外孵育法,高效液相色谱法测定麻黄碱、利多卡因及其代谢产物浓度,对合用前后、孵育前后原形药物及其代谢物进行比较。结果:根据Dixon作图法,表明麻黄碱和利多卡因合用符合竞争抑制。结论:射干合剂中含有麻黄碱成分,在临床使用中应注意药物的相互作用产生。Objective: With human microsomes to test the SGHT of ephedrine and lidocaine in vitro incu- bation of metabolic enzymes. Methods: Using human microsomes in vitro incubation method, a HPLC-UV method was developed for determination of ephedrine, lidocaine and its metabolic product concentration; before and after drug combined, before and after incubation unchanged drug and its metabolites were compared. Re- suits: According to Dixon mapping, showed that the combination of ephedrine and hdocaine in line with com- petitive inhibition. Conclusion: SGHT containing ephedrine, it should pay attention to drug interactions in clini- cal use.
