新疆产金黄柴胡和天山柴胡中柴胡皂苷含量的研究

摘　　要：目的:对新疆金黄柴胡和天山柴胡中柴胡皂苷含量进行测定,对不同地区,不同种之间柴胡含量进行对比研究。方法:采用HPLC测量柴胡皂苷a和d的含量。结果:分别测得每一批野外采集到的柴胡样品中柴胡皂苷a和b的含量。结论:不同采样点柴胡中有效成分柴胡皂苷的含量差异较大,同一产区不同种柴胡中柴胡皂苷含量也有较大差异。Objective： To determinate the content of Saponin of golden radix bupleun and radix bupleun m Tianshan mountain in Xinjiang, and to compare the content of Saponin of radix bupleuri in different regions and different species. Methods： Using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method to measure the content of bupleurum saponin a and b. Results： We measured respectively each batch wild bupleurum saponins in radix bupleuri samples collected the content of a and b. Conclusion： Different sampling points of effective components in radix bupleuri saponin content is different, the same producing different kinds of bupleurum saponins content in radix bupleuri also has big difference.
