补肾活血方治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效及对骨代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血方治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal oste-oporosis,PMOP)的临床疗效及对骨代谢相关指标的影响。方法:60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组选择西药加补肾活血方加减治疗,对照组单纯采用西药治疗,疗程为8周;比较两组患者治疗前后的骨密度值、疼痛程度(VAS评分)、日常生活活动能力评分(ADL评分)及骨标志物。结果:两组治疗前后的骨密度值均明显增加(P<0.05),疼痛明显改善(P<0.05),ADL评分明显改善(P<0.05),N端骨钙素(N-MID)水平明显降低(P<0.05),血清Ⅰ型前胶原氨基末端(N端)前肽(PINP)水平明显降低(P<0.05),Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)水平明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方治疗绝经后骨质疏松症有明确疗效,能增加骨密度,缓解疼痛、改善患者生活能力,改善骨代谢。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and changes of bone metabolism index of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction （补肾活血方, BSHXD）. Methods： 60 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were divided into control group （n=30） and treatment group （n=30）, treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with BSHXD, control group was given western medicine only, both treat for 8 weeks. The curative effect, the bone mineral density, pain severity （VAS score）, activity of daily living （ADL score） and bone markers were observed and compared after 8 months of treatment. Results： After 8 weeks of treatment, the bone density of the two groups increased obviously, VAS scores and the ADL scores improved, the level of the N-terminal osteocalcin （N-MID）, procollagen type I aminoterminal propep- tide （PINP） and type I collage carboxy-terminal peptide （β-CTX） of both groups decreased （P〈0.05）. The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There was a clear effect in the clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with BSHXD. It can enhance bone density, relieve pain, improve patient life ability and bone metabolism.
