摘　　要：回顾性心电门控主动脉CT血管成像(CTA)是一种比较新型的主动脉显影技术,它不仅能够获取常规非心电门控CTA获得的信息,还能够通过多期相动态重建,获取急性主动脉夹层内膜片的动态变化及主动脉分支血管受累程度的信息。因此,在急性主动脉夹层分支血管受累的情况下,回顾性心电门控主动脉CTA能够对动态受累的分支血管进行更准确的评估。Retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography （CTA） is a new technology for aorta. It can not only acquire the same information as the routine non-ECG-gated CTA, but also acquire the information of intimal flap motion characterization and the involvement of aortic branch according to multiphase dynamic reconstruction. Therefore, in the case of acute aortic dissection with the involvement of aortic branch, blood-supply of aortic branch can be assessed by retrospective ECG-gated CTA effectively.
