广西沿海近代民居的文化价值及保护对策

摘　　要：广西沿海近代民居由口岸民居、村落民居和圩镇民居构成,整个民居体系既传承了中国传统建筑文化内涵,也包容和借鉴了西方文化,具有珍贵的历史与艺术价值。由于特殊的政治经济原因,广西沿海近代民居得以大量保存,但当前蓬勃开展的城镇基建使相关保护工作面临着严峻的挑战。为了保护和传承这一宝贵的地域文化,必须做好近代民居建筑普查和登录工作,提高群众文物保护的意识与责任,并推动相关法律法规建设;同时,要坚持发展与保护有机结合的战略,在发展中获取民居保护的动力和科学路径。The dwelling houses in costal areas of Guangxi consist of port houses,village houses and town houses,which not only embodies Chinese traditional architecture cultural connotation,but also integrates western culture elements.Therefore,it has great historical and artistic value.Due to some special political and economic reasons,a large number of dwelling houses of modern times in costal areas of Guangxi have been well-conserved.However,with the blooming of urbanization infrastructure construction,the protection of these dwelling houses is faced with great challenges.In order to protect and pass on these precious regional culture heritage,dwelling houses of modern times should be well recorded and registered.Besides,we should promote people＇s awareness and sense of responsibility of protecting cultural relics.Furthermore,we should facilitate the construction of related laws and regulation.Finally,we should be committed to the strategy of integrating development with protection,finding the drives and a scientific path of dwelling house protection in development.
