中药热奄包配合正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药热奄包配合正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2013年12月~2015年2月就诊于江西中医学院附属医院的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,将其随机分为两组,每组40例。治疗组:热奄包+正脊手法;对照组:传统骨盆牵引+口服塞来昔布。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度,观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.75%,显著高于对照组(82.75%)(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包配合正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能够减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Reyanbao matching with chiropractic manipulation treating with Lumbar disc herniation.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2013 to February 2015 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups,and there were 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Reyanbao＋chiro- practic manipulation;the control group：traditional pelvic traction＋oral Celecoxib.The visual analogue score （VAS） was used to evaluate the pain degree,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results The effective rate was 92.75% in the treatment group,which was higher than that of the control group （82.75%）.VAS score in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclu- sion Reyanbao matching with chiropractic manipulation treating with Lumbar disc herniation can relieve the pain de- gree of patients,improve the clinical curative effect.
