舌黏膜尿道成形术后导尿管护理改良的研究

摘　　要：目的分析舌黏膜尿道成形术后改良导尿管护理的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年6月在我院接受舌黏膜尿道成形术68例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组实行传统导尿管护理,观察组给予改良导尿管护理。对比两组患者舌黏膜存活率、并发症发生率、带管时间、住院时间及最大尿流率。结果两组患者舌黏膜存活率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05),带管时间及住院时间更短(P<0.05),最大尿流率更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舌黏膜尿道成形术后改良导尿管护理能有效地提高患者的治疗效果,并降低并发症和缩短恢复时间。Objective To analyze the effect of modified urethral catheter nursing after tongue mucosa urethroplasty. Methods From January 2015 to June 2017,68 cases of patients with tongue mucosa urethroplasty who were treated in our hospital were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional catheter, and the observation group was treated with improved catheter.The survival rate,complication rate,tube length,length of stay and maximum urinary flow rate were compared between the two groups.Results The two groups had no significant difference in the survival rate of tongue mucosa （P〉0.05）.Compared with the control group,the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower （P〈 0.05）,intubation time and hospitalization time was shorter （P〈0.05）,maximum urinary flow rate was greater,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Modified urethral catheter after tongue mucosa urethroplasty can effec- tively improve the treatment effect,reduce complications and shorten the recovery time.
