阶段式健康教育模式在辅助生殖技术助孕患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析和研究辅助生殖技术助孕患者实施阶段式健康教育模式的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月20日~3月10日我院辅助生殖技术助孕患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组患者行常规健康教育模式,观察组患者行阶段式健康教育模式,比较两组患者的护理满意度和健康教育知识掌握评分。结果观察组患者对知识掌握程度得分第四阶段评分(95.12±1.45)分、第三阶段(90.15±1.59)分、第二阶段(85.45±1.45)分、第一阶段(86.29±2.49)分,均高于对照组患者第四阶段评分(70.11±0.25)分、第三阶段(72.29±1.65)分、第二阶段(36.11±2.45)分、第一阶段(50.21±2.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为89.29%,显著高于对照组的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对辅助生殖技术助孕患者实施阶段式健康教育模式,取得十分显著的护理效果,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To analyze and study the application effect of assisted reproductive technology for pregnant pax tients by using staged health education ,melMethods Fror January 20 to March 10 in 2017,56 patients with the help of assisted rep0ductive technology fgr pxggngncy were enrolled.They were evenly divided into observation group and 0ntr0,1 group.In the CO i3tral group,the conventional health educat0n model was used,and in the observation group,the at age health education model was adopted.The nuing satisfastion by these participants and scores of mastering health education were cgmpared between the two gqps.Rults Ater staged health education in the observation group,the scores of knowedge mgstery i te fourth stgge,third stage,second stge,d first stage were （95.12±1.45） points,（90.15±1.95） points,（85.45＋l.45） pg.int and （86.29±2.49） poitsvio we a.!l higher tan those in the control group,（70.11 0.25）. points,（72.29±l.65） . tS,（56.21±3.45）j. point and（50.2±1 .8）, lgirtsth ifferences ere statistically, , significant （P〈0.05）.The nursing satitaction in the 9hervation group was 9.29%,signifieantly higher than thgt the control group ccounting for 64.29%,te differeqe wa statitically significant （P〈0.05）.nclusion The irpemetgtion of stag$d hlth education model in assistd eeproductive technology for pregnant patients has a remarkable nuig effect,and it is worthy Of prom0tion and application.
