摘  要:根据用户调研分析结果,设计用户数据采集路线以及载重比例,并在车辆关键结构件上布置相应传感器,采集用户及试验场载荷数据,综合考虑试验场各特征路面、车速等参数的耦合特性,研究车辆系统的频率响应分布,在损伤及雨流等效的基础上,利用频域损伤谱优化耐久试验规范,使试验场规范在频域分布上贴近用户实际路面。The route and load ratio of customer data acquisition are designed according to the results of customer research analysis. Vehicle key structure is instrumented by corresponding sensors and public road and proving ground load data are collected. The distribution of frequency response of the vehicle system is researched based on coupling characteristics of proving ground road and the speed. On the basis of equivalent in damage and rain flow, the proving ground durability testing speci- fication is optimized by the frequency domain damage spectrum to make the proving testing specification closed to actual customer road on frequency domain.
