摘　　要：针对集成调光车顶在整车应用中的关键技术进行了研究;设计了满足整车强度和刚度要求的PC板夹层液晶膜的集成方案;并在车身模态试验评估结果基础上提出了优化建议。利用高低温试验检验了集成调光车顶耐候性,对集成工艺和整车装配工艺提出了应用要求。This article concentrates on researching the key technology of applying integrated discolored - roof in vehicle. A roof structure design that PDLC as interlayer between PC plates meets the requirements of both intensity and rigidity, and optimization suggestions based on car body modal test results are given. Further, according weather resistance of the roof, application are offered. to high and low temperature test results which check the requirements integrating process and assembling process
