摘  要:采用基本电路元件构成的等效电路计算变压器绕组匝间电压分布,分析典型500kV GIS变电站中的VFTO波形和2种极端情况的波形作用下,典型500kV芯式变压器匝间电压分布的一般规律,得到不同VFTO波形下匝间电压占入口电压的百分比为4%~11%,并判断匝间绝缘的安全裕度,为工程应用提供参考。同时通过分析VFTO过电压波幅频特性,得到了绕组主要的谐振频率,并采用单一频率的正弦电压分析绕组谐振,研究谐振电压幅值和绝缘易受威胁的线匝位置,得到绕组上振荡电压幅值非常大,电压分布发生变化,易对绕组绝缘产生威胁。The equivalent circuit consisting of basic circuit elements is used to calculate the inter-turn voltage distribution of transformer windings, this paper summarizes the general rule of inter-turn voltage distribution in typical 500 kV core transformers under a typical 500 kV GIS substation VFTO waveform and two waveforms in extreme cases, then the inter-turn voltage percentage of entrance voltage under different VFTO waveform is gotten, which is 4%-11% , and the inter turn insulation safety margin is analyzed, which provides a reference for engineering application. At the same time, by analyzing frequency characteristics of VFTO, the main resonance frequencies of transformer windings are obtained, the resonant vohage and vulnerable turn insulation are analyzed with a single frequency sinusoidal voltage, the oscillation voltage is very high, and voltage distribution in windings is changed, which is liable to threaten the insulation of the winding.
