摘  要:绝缘子覆冰闪络事故严重危害着输电线路的运行安全。为了研究影响棒形悬式瓷绝缘子覆冰交流闪络特性的因素,文中在人工气候室内对棒形悬式瓷绝缘子进行了带电和不带电的人工覆冰试验以及交流闪络试验,研究了表面覆冰程度、盐密污秽度和覆冰水电导率对绝缘子闪络特性的影响,试验中使用高速摄影机对放电电弧的发展过程进行检测,并用示波器记录泄露电流和闪络电压。结果表明:带电覆冰和不带电覆冰导致绝缘子表面覆冰程度不同,对其冰闪特性具有显著的影响:局部放电的初始位置和电弧的发展过程具有不同的特点而且在电弧发展到完全贯穿绝缘子表面前,在相同的试验电压下带电覆冰绝缘子的泄露电流比不带电覆冰绝缘子的泄漏电流大;棒形悬式瓷绝缘子覆冰闪络电压随盐密污秽度和覆冰水电导率的增大而降低,且相同盐密污秽度下带电覆冰绝缘子的闪络电压高于不带电覆冰绝缘子的闪络电压。研究结果可为为输电线路绝缘子选型以及防冰减灾等,提供试验依据和技术参考。The flashover of icing insulator string is one of the severe problems for transmission lines. To study the factors that influence the flashover characteristics of icing porcelain long rod insulator, the artificial icing and AC flashover tests are carried out on long-rod porcelain Insulator de-energized and energized in artificial climate chamber. And the influence of the flashover characteristics on the icing morphology, the equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD), and the icing water conductivity are also explored. The process of flashover is recorded by a high- speed digital camera and the leakage current and flashover voltage are recorded by the Oscilloscope. The test results indicate that the icing morphology makes the initial position and development of the arc different. And at the same voltage the leakage current of the energized icing insulator is higher than that of de-energized icing insulator. The flashover voltages almost decrease with the increase of ESDD and the icing water conductivity. In the meantime, the flashover voltage of the energized icing insulator is higher than that of icing de-energized energized icing insulator. The research results can provide foundation of examination and technical reference for the selection of insulators for transmission lines and anti-icing and disaster reduction.
