摘  要:针对商丘供电公司某220kV变电站多个隔离开关发生电机电源误跳闸和"电机过流过时"信号误报,通过检查发现该型号隔离开关在电机驱动回路的设计中存在缺陷,由于设计缺陷使电机回路热过载继电器长时间带电运行,从而导致热继电器线圈过载故障,造成电源相间短路。工作人员将回路重新设计,最终解决了电机电源误跳闸和信号误报的问题,同时提出了一些防范措施。In view of the false alarm of the motor power supply fault and the "motor over-current" signal of a certain 220 kV transformer substation of Shangqiu Power Supply Company, it is found that this type of disconnector has some defects in the design of the motor driving circuit. As a result of the design defect, of the thermal overload relay running for a long time, resulting in thermal relay coil overload failure, resuhing in short-circuit power phase. The circuit has been redesigned by staff, finally, the problem of false tripping of power supply and false alarm of signal is solved, and some preventive measures are put forward.
