加味威草胶囊联合非布司他对尿酸性肾病患者炎性因子及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味威草胶囊联合非布司他对尿酸性肾病患者血清炎性因子及肾功能相关指标的影响。方法将96例尿酸性肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予低嘌呤饮食控制,碳酸氢钠片碱化尿液及非布司他口服降尿酸治疗,观察组在此基础上加服加味威草胶囊治疗,2组均以2周为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。分别于治疗前及治疗4周、8周后检测2组血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、尿酸(SUA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)水平,统计2组治疗8周后疗效及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗4周及8周后血清hsCRP、Hcy、SUA、BUN、SCr水平及ESR均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组上述时间点各指标水平均明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.05);治疗8周后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味威草胶囊联合非布司他治疗尿酸性肾病既可减轻炎症反应,又可降低尿酸水平,保护肾功能。Objective It is to observe the effect of Jiawei Weicao capsule combined with Febuxosta on serum inflammatory factors and renal function index in patients with uric acid nephropathy. Methods 96 cases of patients with uric acid ne- pbropathy were randomly divided into observation group （n = 46） and group （n = 46）. The control group was given the treatment of low purine diet, sodium bicarbonate to alkalize urine, Febuxosta to decrease uric acid. The observation group was added with Jiawei Weicao capsule on the basis of treatment in the control gorup. 2 weeks was a course of treatment and both groups were treated for 4 courses. The levels of serum hs-CRP, Hey, ESR, SUA, BUN and SCr were detected before treatment and after treatment for 4 and 8 weeks in both groups. The curative effects were evaluated and the occurrences of side effects during treatment were recorded in both groups. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP, Hey, SUA, BUN, SCr and ESR after treatment for 4 and 8 weeks were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups（P 〈 0. 05） , and the levels of these indexes at the time points above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantaly higher than that in the con- trol group after treatment for 8 weeks, but there was no significant difference in side effect between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Jiawei Weicao capsule combined with Febuxosta could relieve inflammatory reaction, decrease uric acid and protect renal function in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy.
