摘 要:总结FA231A/C系列梳棉机后固定盖板分梳系统的改造经验。对后固定盖板作用效果进行了分析和验证。制定了后固定盖板数量、后固定盖板针齿密度配置、后固定盖板与锡林间隔距、棉网清洁器位置和数量、导流板隔距以及除尘刀与锡林隔距等试验方案,分别对各试验方案的分梳和排除杂质的效果进行了对比分析。确定了后固定盖板预分梳系统的理想改造方案,以及合理的工艺配置。认为:通过优化确定的后固定盖板分梳系统改造方案可有效提升FA231A/C系列梳棉机的分梳效能。The transformation experiences of back stationary flat carding system on FA231A/C serial carding machine were summarized. The effect of back stationary flat was analyzed and verified. The experimental proto- cols like the quantity of back stationary flat, needle density configuration of back stationary flat, gauge between back stationary flat and cylinder, web cleaner position & quantity,guide plate gauge and the gauge between mote knife with cylinder etc. were made. The carding & impurity removing effects of each experimental protocols were compared and analyzed. The optimized transformation scheme for the precarding system of back stationary flat and reasonable processing configuration were confirmed. It is considered that the carding efficiency of FA231A/C serial carding machine can be efficiently improved through the optimized transformation scheme for back stationary flat carding system.
