摘　　要：总结不同型号锡林针布使用效果。通过不同新型锡林针布在实际生产中的使用情况,分析了几种新型锡林针布的特点和应用效果,明晰了锡林针布梳理器材的基本设计原理和发展趋势。指出:不同齿形、表面处理效果、工作角度和齿距的锡林针布具有不同的纺纱效果。认为:合理配置针布有利于稳定成纱质量和减少原料消耗。The application effects of different types cylinder card clothings were summarized. Through the application situation of different types cylinder card clothings in pratical production,the properties and application effect of several new types cylinder card clothings were analyzed. The basic design principle and development trend for cylinder card clothing were clarified. It is pointed out that the cylinder card clothings with different tooth shapes, surface treatment effects, working angles and tooth pitch have different spinning effects. It is considered that reasonable configuration of card clothing is beneficial to stabilize the yarn quality and reduce the waste of raw material.
