摘 要:目的分析血清低睾酮水平对前列腺穿刺活检结果的影响。方法回顾性分析2011年3月至2016年11月在本院行前列腺穿刺检查确诊为前列腺癌的107例患者的临床资料。将患者分为低睾酮组(<250ng/dL)和正常睾酮组(≥250ng/dL)。采集患者的年龄、体质指数(BMI)、血清前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平、前列腺体积和活检的Gleason评分。结果本研究中19例(17.6%)患者为血清低睾酮水平,88(82.4%)例患者为正常睾酮水平。两组患者在年龄、BMI、血清PSA水平和前列腺体积方面无统计学差异(P>0.05)。血清低睾酮与高级别前列腺癌症检出率显著相关(P<0.05)。结论血清低睾酮水平患者与高级别前列腺癌相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum low testosterone level and prostate cancer detection risk in a biopsy population. Methods A total of 107 men who underwent initial 12-core transrectal prostate biopsy at our insti- tution were included in this retrospective study. The patients were divided into two groups:low testosterone level group (〈250 ng/dL) and normal testosterone level group (≥250 ng/dL). The mean age, body mass index (BMI),serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level, prostate volume, and Gleason score of all patients were analyzed. Results Among all 107 patients, 19 (17.6%) had serum low testosterone level, and 88 (82.4%) had normal testosterone level. There were no statistical differences in the mean age, BMI, PSA level, and prostate volume between the two groups. Serum low testosterone level was significantly as- sociated with a higher risk of prostate cancer than the normal testosterone level (P〈0.05). Conc{usion Serum low testosterone level is an independent risk factor for high-grade prostate cancer detection in biopsy.
