摘  要:研究同时适用于亲水性纤维和疏水性纤维的浆料的合成方法及其性能。以苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯为共聚合单体,以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过乳液聚合工艺合成了一系列具有不同分子结构、不同性能的丙烯酸类浆料,测试了各浆料黏附性、黏度,优化出适合于涤棉纱上浆用合成浆料单体的最佳比例。认为采用的合成方法可行,合成的浆料性能优良,组成浆料单体的最佳配比丙烯酸∶丙烯酰胺∶丙烯酸甲酯∶丙烯酸丁酯∶苯乙烯为24.5∶11.0∶27.5∶26.0∶8。The synthesis method and properties of the size mixture that is suitable for both hydrophilic and hydrophobic fibers were studied. Styrene, acrylic acid, acrylamide, acrylic acid methyl ester and butyl acrylate were used as copolymers. The lauryl sodium sulfate was used as the emulator while ammonium persulfate was used as initiator. A series of acrylic acid type size mixture with different molecular structures and different properties were synthesized through emulsion polymerization. The adhesiveness and viscosity of each size mixture were tested. The best ratio of copolymers were optimized to synthesize size mixture for polyester cotton sizing. It is considered that the synthesis method adopted is feasible. The synthesized size mixture has excellent properties. The best ratio for the copolymers for acrylic acid : acrylic amide : acrylic acid methyl ester : butyl acrylate : styrene is 24.5 : 11.0 : 27.5 : 26.0 : 8.
