摘 要:探析环锭纺细纱机增产增效的技术经济瓶颈问题。介绍了细纱机加捻卷绕结构的特点,指出了制约环锭纺产能的技术因素,对环锭纺提速增产的经济效益进行了分析,并列举了国内外环锭纺不同锭速的纺纱案例。指出:在影响环锭纺高速生产的技术瓶颈没有突破之前,单纯通过提速增产来增加效益的途径并不可取。认为合理科学地设定细纱机锭速是增产增效的基础。Technology & economic bottleneck problems of increasing production and efficiency about ring spinning frame were analyzed. The twisting & winding structure features of spinning frame were introduced. Technology factor which was restricted the capacity of ring spinning frame was pointed out. Economic benefit of increasing speed and production about ring spinning was analyzed. The spinning cases of the domestic & foreign ring spinning at different spindle speed were listed. It is pointed out that the way to achieve increasing benefits solely through increasing speed and production that is undesirable before breaking through the technology bottle-neck of ring spinning higher speed production. It is considered that the reasonable and scientific setting the spindle speed of spinning frame is the base of increasing production and efficiency.
