摘　　要：在探讨总结国内外其他领域规划评估工作的进展与经验基础上,分析归纳规划评估内容和方法,并结合《辽宁省海岛保护规划(2012—2020年)》中期评估具体实践,对辽宁省海岛工作实施情况提出具体建议,为海洋领域开展规划评估提供借鉴,间接为海洋生态环境的改善提供科学依据。On the basis of discussions on progress and experience of the assessment of island protection plan at home and abroad, this paper analyzed and summarized the general evaluation and assessment methods about the performance of implementation plan. Combined with the mid - term assessment practices for ＂Liaoning Islands Pro-tection Planning＂, the future assessment works were recommended. This paper provided references for carrying out planning of the marine area and scientific basis for the improvement of marine ecological environment.
