摘 要:对滇西某两家主要以蔗渣为燃料的糖厂锅炉烟气排口进行监测,通过不同测量原理的烟气分析仪得到多组数据,对数据进行综合分析,以了解糖厂锅炉烟气的特征,选择合适的监测方法监测以生物质为燃料的糖厂锅炉烟气。结果表明,氧量不受一氧化碳浓度变化影响;烟气中一氧化碳浓度很高的情况下,定电位原理的仪器对氮氧化物的测定结果偏低,对二氧化硫的测定结果偏高,定电位原理的仪器不适合用于监测糖厂锅炉;红外原理的仪器不受一氧化碳浓度的影响,二氧化硫和氮氧化物的测定结果都很稳定;在以后对以生物质为燃料的糖厂锅炉烟气监测中,应使用红外原理的仪器进行监测。Two sugar plants that used bagasse as their energy sources were selected to test the flue from their boil- ers. Multiple monitoring data were observed using different kinds of flue meters based on various determination the- ories. The comprehensive analysis was conducted to examine the characteristics of the flue to identify the most suit- able monitoring method. The results showed that the oxygen content would not be impacted by carbon monoxide. The meter based on Constant potential principle would obtain abnormal low nitrogen oxide content when there was a high concentration of carbon monoxide in the flue. This meter was not suitable for monitoring the flue. The meter based on infrared principle would not be affected by carbon monoxide. Its test results on sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide were stable. Therefore, the meter based on infrared principle would be better to test the flue of the sugar plants using biomass fuel.
